Vendor Booth Pricing

As the event extends over 2 days (May 16 & 17) registration for both days is mandatory.

Floor plan is available for reference.

Middle Booth: $280 /per day
Corner/Entrance Booth: $320 /per day
Food Vendor: $450 /per day
Registered Non-profit are eligible for 30% discount

Participation: By registering you agree and confirm that you will be exhibiting at the event during both days 16th & 17th of May

Booth Responsibility: Vendors are fully responsible for the setup, operation, and cleanliness of their booths throughout the event

Booth Allocation: Each vendor will be provided with a 10x10 booth, including 8 foot table, tablecloth and two chairs

Setup & Tear Down: Booths must be fully set up by 11:30 AM and remain open until the Market officially ends at 8:00 PM. Late arrivals or early tear downs will not be permitted. Vendors who arrive late or dismantle their booth early may face a penalty fee and/or exclusion from future SWAY events.

Volunteer Support: Volunteers will be on-site to assist vendors. Please extend them respect and gratitude for their efforts

Cancellation Policy: All fees are non-refundable, and cancellations by vendors will not be credited or transferred to future events. The only exception applies if Live with SWAY must cancel or reschedule the event due to severe weather conditions, in which case the organization reserves the full right to reschedule, and all vendor bookings will be automatically transferred to the new date

Marketing: while we cannot guarantee a specific number of sales during the event, our marketing team has created a short guide with helpful tips and strategies to increase engagement and attract more visitors to your booth. We encourage you to use these insights to make the most of your participation and enhance your overall experience
